The SMI organization has implemented a 24-hour on-call communication policy to effectively manage operations within the tri-county area of Florida. This centralized hub plays a critical role in facilitating immediate coordination and response of organizational assets, as well as providing managerial oversight of all service entities. Our foremost priority is to ensure operational continuity, and we place great emphasis on soliciting client feedback to continually enhance our services. The Recruiting/Human Resources Department is specifically entrusted with the task of managing personnel records, overseeing the vetting process, and administering payroll. Furthermore, we uphold full operational readiness through the deployment of fuel points and dedicated maintenance managers.

SUPERVISION

The SMI office offers around-the-clock supervision, seven days a week. SMI supervisors conduct unannounced visits or calls to assigned officers across all shifts to monitor their adherence to dress code, attention to duty, and overall performance. SMI has invested significant time and effort in developing a robust supervisory program. It is widely recognized that engaged supervision is the pivotal factor distinguishing between standard and exceptional security service.

As the founder of Security Management Innovations, Alex holds the responsibility for crafting the company's strategy and vision, determining the targeted markets, and personally overseeing strategic planning, business development, and consulting services.
