Supervision

SMI office provides twenty-four, seven day per week supervision.  SMI supervisors will  visit or call on assigned officers at unannounced times, on every shift. Supervisors monitor the assigned security officer for dress, attention to duty and overall performance. SMI has spent considerable time and effort in developing an effective supervisory program. It is our feeling that engaged supervision is the single most important difference between ordinary and excellent security service.
